I've worked in this position since I graduated from the same university with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration over 2 years ago. During this time, I've expanded the technological capabilities of my department by automating internal processes using Google Apps Script, storing critical data with services such as OnBase and PowerDMS, and implementing an incident management process using ServiceNow.
